Minutes of Meetings

The Executive Committee of Clan Flanagan is charged in the Constitution to meet at least once per quarter. Prior to 2007, these meetings were exclusively informal and conducted via e-mail. In January 2007, the "instant messaging" venue was chosen as a more immediate and conversational format to accomodate the needs of Executive Committee members all around the world.
